Over the past three years, I was a founding member at
Agentcoin.tv, a startup
that's building AI agents that live-stream their activities and
interact with users during daily broadcasts. As Operations Lead, I
owned several cross-functional initiatives. I collaborated with
co-founders to secure funding from leading crypto VCs, managed daily
operations, coordinated with legal counsel on regulatory compliance,
and facilitated community governance. I also developed financial
models to forecast burn rate and plan staffing.
Before Agentcoin, I served as a CPA consultant at
Uptime Finance, providing accounting and financial analysis to over a dozen
venture-backed SaaS and e-commerce startups in Los Angeles. I
implemented accounting systems from the ground up, managed full
accounting cycles, and developed financial models, enabling clients
to achieve accurate reporting and drive growth.
